Warranty & Repairs

We hope you're happy with your Host purchase - but if something goes wrong, we're always here to help.

If your item is faulty within the first 14 days, we will be happy to repair or replace the item.

Please contact us using the form below and our Service Partner will be in touch as soon as they can.

All Host products come with a 12-month parts-only warranty within Mainland UK - but you may have purchased an Extended Warranty. Even if you're not sure what level of Warranty you have, fill out as much of the form below as you can, and we'll be able to help.

Our team are available Monday to Friday between 9 am and 5 pm and will always aim to reply within 24hrs. If you submit your form after 5 pm on Friday, it will be dealt with on Monday.

If your warranty is 12-months parts-only, our Service Partner can still arrange for an Engineer visit. Engineer call out is available for £200 exVAT, which will include the first hour of labour.

Parts Only Warranty 12 Months

If your Host purchase has developed a fault and stopped working within 12 months of purchase, contact us using the form below, tell us what's happened, and we'll arrange the parts you need.

  • You will need to get the faulty product assessed by a qualified, approved Engineer and send the fault report, along with photos to our Service Partners before any parts are sent.
  • All parts should be installed by a qualified, approved Engineer.
  • In some cases, your item will have to be returned to us to be repaired - in this instance, you will be responsible for getting the item to us, and for the cost of any labour involved.
  • Defective parts should be returned to us once the repair has been completed or we reserve the right to charge for the replacement parts.

Parts & Labour Warranty 12 or 24 Months

If your Host product has developed a fault and stopped working during the period of cover, contact us using the form below, tell us what's happened, and we'll get your item repaired.

  • Depending on the size and complexity of the repair, our Engineers will either come to fix the item at your premises or may arrange for the faulty product to be collected, repaired, and then returned to you.

Out of Warranty Repairs

If your warranty has expired, don't worry, we can still help. Complete the form below and our Service Partner will be able to offer a quote to get your product repaired.

Warranty Exclusions: What's Not Covered

  • Call Out Charges where a fault cannot be found with the product.
  • Accidental or Deliberate Damage or Neglect of the product.
  • Failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions for the use and care of the product.
  • Any fault relating to the improper installation of the product.
  • Any cosmetic damage that does not impact the performance or use of the product.
  • Routine maintenance of the product.
  • Faults arising because of normal wear and tear (belts/fuses/seals etc).
  • Total loss of use of the product due to a lack of available parts - in which case we will offer a replacement product or settlement.
