Delivery
We offer different delivery options to suit your needs - for a little extra, you can get your order delivered the very next day and unpacked in your room, with packaging removal included. Or if you're happy to wait a bit longer you can take advantage of our free delivery to the UK mainland within 5 days. Next Day Delivery is charged per item, so if you need one thing quicker than the rest of the order, we can make that happen.
Our orders are delivered by Parcel Force or XPO depending on the size of the items that you have ordered and whether it requires delivery on a pallet.

If the delivery of your order fails for a reason that you're responsible for, there'll be an additional charge of up to £50 + VAT for you to rebook it.
What to take into consideration for Small & Large Item Standard & Next Day Delivery:
- Have you double-checked the product dimensions?
- Will it fit through the entrance to your premises?
- Are there any access restrictions to your road - is it a narrow road or a red route?
- Are there any weight or size limits? Deliveries are made on 18t and artic lorries as standard
- Will you be available to accept the delivery?
Our partners can deliver between 7.30 am and 6 pm and you must be at the delivery address when they arrive. You will be sent a text on the morning of delivery with a time slot. If you have ordered any age-restricted items, you will need to present your ID to the driver.
Any delivery restrictions need to raised with us prior to ordering to ensure these can be accommodated.
For Large Item Next Day delivery:
- Is the access route to the final delivery point clear of any obstructions and trip hazards?
- Are there any flights of stairs to reach the final delivery point?
- Are there any weight or size limits? Deliveries are made on 18t and artic lorries as standard

Small Item Standard Delivery
Small items are items under 60 kg that do not require pallet delivery. Our Small Item delivery partner is Parcel Force.
Standard Delivery is available free of charge to all of Mainland UK. Your items will arrive up to 5 working days after your order is received.
Next Day Delivery is available for orders placed before 3 pm Monday to Thursday - subject to postcode restrictions. Where these restrictions apply, your item may be delivered within 48hrs - please see postcode restrictions below.
For 'Next Day Delivery', the following postcodes are despatched on a 48hr service:
AB30, AB32, AB41-44, AB51, AB99, DD8-9, DD10, DG7-9, FK8 3**, FK15, FK16, IV4-9, IV14-28,IV63, KW1-KW14, PA41-PA29, PH10, PH11, PH13, PH14, TD15 2**.
We are unable to deliver to:
BT (all), GY (all), IM (all), JE (all), ZE (all), PO31-PO40, TR21-TR25, KW15-KW17, HS1-9.

It is your responsibility to make sure that;
- Someone over 18 is present to accept the delivery.
- The access to your premises is suitable for the delivery vehicle.
- Once your order has left our warehouse, we'll send you an email to let you know it's on its way.
- You will be contacted by the carrier with a time slot on the day of your delivery using the details provided during checkout - please make sure to provide a mobile number you will have access to.
- You must be present at the time provided - if a delivery is missed and needs to be redelivered, you will need to pay any additional charges within 24 hours before it can be rescheduled.
- Deliveries are made Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) between 7.30 am and 6 pm.
- Small item delivery is to a curb-side location - the courier will not be able to deliver to a specific location inside your premises and they won't unpack the item.
- If your item is damaged, please inform the driver and refuse delivery. If you sign for the delivery, you are accepting the product as seen. If damage hasn't been reported at the time, we will not be able to process any exchange or refund due to damage in transit.
Large Item Delivery
Large Items are items over 60 kg that are delivered on a Pallet. Our Large Item delivery partner is XPO Logistics who use 18t and artic lorries to complete deliveries as standard..
Standard Delivery is available free of charge on all orders. Your order will arrive within 5 working days after it is received.
Standard Delivery is to a curb-side location only. The delivery driver will not enter the premises, nor will they unpackage your item. If you would like your item delivered to a specific location inside your premises or unpacked with packaging removed - please make sure to choose Next Day delivery at checkout.
Next Day Delivery is available for orders placed before 3 pm Monday to Thursday - subject to postcode restrictions. Where these restrictions apply, your item may be delivered within 48hrs - please see postcode restrictions below.
Next Day Delivery is a 2-Man Delivery service. Your items will be delivered to a ground floor location of your choice within your premises. Your items will be unpacked, and the packaging will be taken away.
For 'Next Day Delivery', the following postcodes are despatched on a 48hr service:
AB, DD, DG, FK, IV, KW, KY, PA, PH, PL, TD, TR.
We are unable to deliver to:

- You will receive an SMS confirmation on the morning of your delivery, confirming your assigned timeslot. If tracking is available, you will also receive a link to view your order's progress.
- For Next Day, 2-Man Deliveries, you will be contacted when you are next on the schedule, with an accurate delivery estimate.
- You must be present at the time provided - if a delivery is missed and needs to be redelivered, you will be charged £50 + VAT for that redelivery and must make payment before it can be rescheduled. You must rebook delivery within 48 hours.
- If your item is damaged - please make the driver aware and refuse the delivery. If you sign for the delivery, you are accepting the product as seen. If damage hasn't been reported, we will not be able to process any exchange or refund due to damage in transit.
