The preparation station provides four separate storage areas, and the gantry section has a shelf and space for either 1/3, 1/6 or 1/9 gastronorm pans (not included). This makes your ingredients easy to access and ensures your service is quick and efficient.

The prep table has a material thickness of 1.2mm - 18 Gauge and the hygienic wipeable surface makes cleaning up quick and simple.
