The HOST Infrared Food Warmer is perfect for keeping food warm and ready for service. The lightweight stand makes the food heater portable and easy to transport, great for mobile events and catering. It is designed to fit a full size 1/1 gastronorm tray (not included), allowing you to quickly and easily top up and swap out food, making it ideal for plating areas, buffets or carving stations.
The infrared lamp channels the heat onto the food and the adjustable lamp height, 600-800mm, makes it easy to adjust the heat intensity accordingly and prevents your food from drying out. Please note the bulb is not included.
