You can trust the HOST Coffee Percolator to make perfect filter coffee every time, it has a large 15 Litre capacity, which can make around 100 cups of coffee, making it ideal for big events and busy environments. In addition to its vast capacity, the coffee urn has a 1.5kW heating element, allowing it to have a rapid 62-minute brew time (when full), and a boil dry safety cut off to prevent damage to the percolator.
Steam is generated at the base of the unit and flows up through the tube to coffee in the filter basket, water then filters through the coffee before returning to the urn.The Coffee Percolator uses ground coffee - volume of grounds needed will vary depending on strength required.
Other helpful features of the percolator that make it ideal for busy environments include the water level indicator, so you can easily see when the unit needs refilling, a drip tray that keeps mess to a minimum during use, and a lockable lid to ensure security of the coffee and safety for the users.
